Membership Terms

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

The Paw Pass & Paw Points Programs (“Program” or “Programs”) are operated by Woof World. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), which govern your participation, benefits, and use of rewards.

1. ELIGIBILITY

• Open to individuals aged 18 and older residing in the United States.
• Participants must love dogs.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. MEMBERSHIP PLANS & FEES

• Monthly membership: $9.99 per month, automatically renewed unless canceled.
• Yearly membership: $99 per year, automatically renewed unless canceled.
• Woof World reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

• Members receive access to perks as outlined on the Woof World website, which may include discounts, Paw Points rewards, raffle entries, and exclusive access to events or offers.
• Yearly members receive additional exclusive benefits, including bonus Paw Points and special milestone rewards.
• Gifts and milestone rewards are limited to 2 dogs per membership.

4. PAW POINTS REWARDS

• Points are earned through purchases, referrals, contest voting, and other activities as specified.
• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged.
• Points redemption options are subject to availability and may change without notice.
• Points expire after 24 months of inactivity.

5. VIP ACCESS

• Access to VIP Access benefits requires a minimum balance of 100,000 Paw Points.
• Benefits and experiences within VIP Access are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

6. CONTEST & GIVEAWAYS

• Members may participate in exclusive contests and giveaways. Additional entry fees may apply.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other goods.
• Specific contest rules will be provided for each event and must be accepted to participate.

7. MONTHLY RAFFLE

• Members are automatically entered into the Monthly Raffle for a premium prize box.
• Winners will be notified via email and must claim prizes within 30 days.

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your Woof World account settings.
• No refunds or partial credits are provided for unused time or benefits after cancellation.
• Upon cancellation, access to benefits and unused Paw Points will be terminated or forfeited, as applicable.

9. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

• Woof World reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including benefits, rewards, and terms, at its discretion.
• In case of termination, members will be notified in advance and provided information regarding any outstanding points or benefits.

10. ABUSE & MISUSE

• Woof World may suspend or terminate membership if any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and using benefits in accordance with these Terms.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Woof World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership participation or the use of rewards.
• All benefits are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

12. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
